&lt;P&gt;Request you to perform some troubleshooting steps shared below to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure that the device Software is up to date.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Kindly do the reset setting of the device by following way: Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;general management&amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset&amp;gt;&amp;gt;reset setting.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Kindly once check the issue in safe mode.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If issue persists, please visit the nearby service center for the inspection of the device.
