note10+ camera issue

The note10+ camera is worst. It oversaturate the colours and looks more noisy and grainy. Same goes with video. Infact videos looks horrible with those NOISE. I had note 3 and that was MUCH MUCH BETTER than this crap. I really regret buying this mobile.

Plus screen(display) color issue. It really hurt my eyes with this yellow display,even with vivid mode you can't get desired result what you expect after coming from other devices.

bro, don't worry.
its the software issue only.
the sensors and all used in your device are CLASS APART.
Its the samsung way! you will get used to it.
i faced the similar issues when i purchased my Note 9.

but i heard note 9 is better and i have seen the note9 video quality i think its much better than this

everyone is depending on software update to fix everything wrong going with this device. we can only hope.

i dont see any..i did used note3 and now am using bith note9 and 10+. u can see how good is note10+ display and camera in certain times.if u put em side by side...u may turn off that scene optimizer .or use pro mode..🤐🤐

no but when you zoom in N3 and N10+ images you can see N3 is much sharper edge compared to N10+, or may be my N10+ is faulty device.😔😔😔

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset settings of the camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).

3) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.

4) Check Software update via FOTA or SMART Tool.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

i have done everything still noisy grainy photos with no sharp details at all. plus fingerprint scanner also doesn't work most of the time.

i wish you introduce app lock like xiaomi devices, because third party apps doesn't work properly. plus give us setting to hide certain apps and we can't create dual apps of all apps.
plus give us option to blur the app preview in recent tabs like xiaomi.
don't say we have Knox, xiaomi also has second space but still they give us app lock and freedom to choose the certain fingerprint to unlock the locked apps despite having multiple fingerprints.
