Feature Requests:

1. Internet Firewall

Block internet access to certain apps entirely both in the foreground and the background

2. An option to manually change palette colors

Give an option to manually change the colors picked by the android 12's dynamic theme engine.

Why? - Sometimes, the color palette is just not what I wanted. Saturation is wrong, colors are dull and all.

3. Device Security

Give an option to disable fingerprint and facial unlock at night (or scheduled time)

4. Power Saving Mode

An option to turn on power saving mode automatically at certain percentage level like 15% or 20%.

5. Secure Folder

Android 13 is going to have 'multiple profiles' feature (very much awaited). I'm really hoping that we will see it is OneUI 5 as well, very soon.

So here, instead of having a secure folder, we can just have a secure profile. Like in above - Dylan, 9to5Google, and Secure profiles.

I don't know but I never really liked the secure folder that much. It's great, but doesn't feel smooth to use.

6. Samsung Home Launcher

6.1 Vertical app drawer

We can enable this by goodlock module. But keep it simple. Give an option to disable side alphabetical scrollbar and the recommended section to make it very clean.

6.2 App lock

Secure folder is totally different. We need an app lock

6.3 Icon pack support

An option change the icon pack through the home launcher itself natively and not from any goodlock module.

7. Extra Dim

A really nice feature that has been added to OneUI. Needs some improvement -

Dimming is only needed at very low brightness. So while in the bright sunlight, I've to manually turn off the 'extra dim' option. Rather it should be automatically disabled for the brightness level higher than 70% or higher or whatever the higher threshold is.

8. Internet Speedmeter

A lot of users have been already asking this...so.

Yes, but it doesn't feel as a good solution for it. I was using a custom rom before on my other device, I could just block the internet access for it just like blocking the notifications...like shown in the screenshot

And the problem with the VPN is - if you want to use some other VPN for some other things, it disabled samsung max and you have to manually turn it on again. I would rather prefer permanent blocking of internet access than manually doing it.

Custom Roms are usually rooted... So you can do that...
.
But in non rooted, you need to put a local VPN to block net access...
