Ever since I purchased m31 I was in the impression that I could have better options with better sound quality better recording feature as far as starmaker or similar singing apps utilisation. but to my great disappointment when I record a song in starmaker app it is giving huge disturbing sound and the clarity is not atvall worth listening. my previous galaxy on max was excellent in this area. being this phone an improved, latest device it is not at all supporting better than the low-cost phone on Max. kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue

To resolve the sound problem kindly follow below given steps:-

1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone and check device volume settings if its full or not.

2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device. You can search for the nearby service center from given link:-

I am also facing this issue.. I have visited twice to service center. They had updated the software but no result..

I also need resolution or refund my money back.

Me too facing the same problem, i bought A71 for 30k so that I can record best quality voice and sound in starmaker, but this samsung company is just **bleep** **bleep** and **bleep**, shane on u samsung 👎👎👎👎

I'm facing the same issue. Chatted with many service reps on WhatsApp. I believe there's an issue with Samsung handsets. Earlier the service rep got my settings reset. Today the service rep doesn't seem to have a resolution to my problem. It's almost a year still resolution seem to be a distant possibility. Futile expenditure incurred. Pathetic service of Samsung. When I use other phones the voice quality on Starmaker app is outstanding. A glitch with the handset for sure. Pl refund the money if Samsung is not able to resolve the issue

सारे पैसे बेकार गए मेरे, जैसे तैसे m31 खरीदा लेकिन ये साब तो पिछवाडा दिखा दिए घन्टा नहीं चल रहा starmaker ये फोन में इससे अच्छा तो on8 में ही चल रहा था

I am sorry to say it seems a Bug in Samsung phones. Not on low or middles segments have this issues. I am having flagships of Samsunh Fold 4 and Flip 4 have some issues. Even tried mutiple profesional mics and Samsung Original Headphponea. Problem still persits. People who are actives on Singing Platforms like Smule and Starmaker should stop buying smasung phones 😰😰Unless Samsung comes up with real fixes. Do you have any solution Samsung ?? I tried almost every possibility- upgarde os , changing headphones but same problem😰😰Very disappointing Samsung

Have better option in better sound quality better recording I start open the starmaker and record singing but to my great disappointment when I recorded song in Star maker app it is giving hang and switch off and switch on the phone my phone is Samsung Galaxy A 14 5g kindly kindly look into this matter and resolve the issues
