      <description>Ever since I purchased m31 I was in the impression that I could have better options with better sound quality better recording feature as far as starmaker or similar singing apps utilisation. but to my great disappointment when I record a song in starmaker app it is giving huge disturbing sound and the clarity is not atvall worth listening. my previous galaxy on max&amp;nbsp; was excellent in this area. being this phone an improved,&amp;nbsp; latest device it is not at all supporting better than the low-cost phone on Max. kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue</description>

      <description>I'm facing the same issue. Chatted with many service reps on WhatsApp. I believe there's an issue with Samsung handsets. Earlier the service rep got my settings reset. Today the service rep doesn't seem to have a resolution to my problem. It's almost a year still resolution seem to be a distant possibility. Futile expenditure incurred. Pathetic service of Samsung. When I use other phones the voice quality on Starmaker app is outstanding. A glitch with the handset for sure. Pl refund the money if Samsung is not able to resolve the issue</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to say it seems a Bug in Samsung phones. Not on low or middles segments have this issues. I am having flagships of Samsunh Fold 4 and Flip 4 have some issues. Even tried mutiple profesional mics and Samsung Original Headphponea. Problem still persits. People who are actives on Singing Platforms like Smule and Starmaker should stop buying smasung phones &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anxious_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😰&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anxious_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😰&lt;/span&gt;Unless Samsung comes up with real fixes. Do you have any solution Samsung ??
