Call receiving issues.

When i am talking on call & at same time someone else try to call me , i couldn't get call or notification that someone else trying to call me during already one call going on. What to do? What setting i have to enable to get notification or call of 3rd one who tries to call me when i am already talking to some one on call .

My phone run on UI 4.1.

Its enable. Eventhough it couldn't work.
