Will there be any issues in getting software update if I reinstall my phone software from a samrtphone service store as a part of repairing

No it will not affect if you reinstall Software from Samsung authorize service center

If you reinstall the software from an authorised Samsung service center, you wont have any issues with the updates

Local service shop won't have access to the original OS. So you won't be getting software updates
