i think it's from Samsung health app so try switching off the notifications from this app

It is not notification it is a popup. Just uninstall application that is causing this popup.

Search for the app that is named as Water remainder, drink water etc. There are thousands of apps on playstore so i can't give u exact name

But, I have not installed any such app..moreover the popup also shows for good night and good morning..
I am unable to figure out what is causing this..even samsung customer service could not solve through remote control

this popup comes from samsung health app. go to app in manage items and remove water section.
