Battery Issue

Dear Friends,

Could anyone please advice on battery backup. I feel that S20FE 5G after Android 12 & UI4 update, the battery is draining fast. I tried to restrict background process, Internet for apps also added few apps in sleep and deep sleep, but still battery is draining faster. Before update, the battery backup was better.

What other steps I could take to get better battery backup.

Draining issue after android 12 update is a major problem in all samsung mobile. I think @Samsung have to resolve this issuse as much as possible

Battery backup on my Note 20 Ultra is much better post One UI 4.0 update than before. You can go to settings > Apps and disable unwanted apps, turn off background data and restrict battery usage

if u updated it recently... then phone will take some time to be optimized.. after some time phone will be ok.

You can see my phone usage time still my battery work well at Android 12

I would suggest you to downgrade the OS to 3.1

Raise your concern to costomer support team, might they will resolve your issue soon as possible. And don't downgrade.

I think the issue is due to temperature. More the temperature increases, more the charging become slow. It's already 40 degree C in Ahmedabad.

Because the version is updated now..
and with the evry update all apps and phones ... start working more in background... they r designed like that.

ur phone has 4500mah batery..
ur device shud work .. (without use) single day..( with connectivities On, e.g data.)
but with use approximately or maximum 6hours... 🤔

for night time keep connectivities like data Off.. for saving batery in night. it will also stop background checks of apps.

for dayyy............🤔.... i dnt know 🤷sry

Issue revolved after hard reset through software by the service center
