S22'S are already snapdragon based, so in my guess no S21FE with sd chips coz it'll affect S22 sales rn.

Yes in USA, Korea etc it's always SD chips that's how it's always been, but in India we get Exynos always. Except this year 2022😉

The S20FE5G launched in India with Snapdragon only coz the Exynos version had heating issues n other performance issues,n people complained /trolled 😅
This time all S22'S launched with SD chips so I think, S21FE won't relaunch again with sd chips, but one can remain hopeful still 😊
