&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.&lt;BR /&gt;- Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Settings&amp;gt;Apps&amp;gt;tap on 3 dots&amp;gt;show system apps&amp;gt;Camera &amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;Clear cache.&lt;BR /&gt;- Software update via FOTA or Smart switch PC suite.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app &amp;gt;&amp;gt; click on “+“icon &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt;&amp;gt; error report / ask question).&lt;/P&gt;
