How to Report Spams • Guide 🚫

Hi everyone spam getting increasing day by day and we guys working harder to remove all those. Also we get lots of help and report from you too. Without you we can't do this. So thank you everyone who reported about spams and help this community to make it clean.

Here are few methods.

Method 1 is report in Samsung Members app

Step 1

You found any post just open it click on 3 dots

Step 2

There's report button there click on it.

Step 3

Report according to the post what is it.

Now method 2

You can write us on Email

Membersindia@samsung.com

-With your subject

-Added links of all posts with attached screenshot

Method 3

You Directly Message toBrand Ambassadors with post links

You can report to others BAs or report to me as you like to whom you wanna report. Or you can drop links in the recent posts too.

We'll do our best to stop spams and make this community clean and better for everyone.

Are you the "ban head" of Samsung Members or something? Because other than posting Samsung Ads,the only area you are active here is to ban members.( And of course comments nyc etc . What I mean is I haven't seen you helping members like Sidhabhi).

I don't recommend using the 2nd method. Nobody evaluate the situation if you report there. Anyone and everyone reported will be banned, without a fair evaluation process and chance for justification.
So my advice is to use only method 1 and let the people responsible for keeping the community clean do their job.

Nb: I have stopped reporting anyone using any of these methods.

The thing is, we have atleast 25 BAs according to the advertising show off happened last week. If atleast 10 of them visit this platform with the enthusiasm they showed last week,there won't be any spammers. The spam posts are less than 20 each day.
