      <description>Have you tried clearing date of playstore?&lt;BR /&gt;Probably it's an Android 12 issue, but if it's not then clearing playstore data might help.</description>

      <description>Wipe cache partition using the below steps .&lt;BR /&gt;Switch off your phone. Then, connect your phone to USB cable with a laptop. Then press the power on/off key and volume down key together. As soon as the Samsung logo appears stop pressing the keys.&lt;BR /&gt;You will see recovery screen. Use the volume buttons to navigate.&lt;BR /&gt;Select clear cache partition option by using the volume buttons (to navigate) and the power button (to select)&lt;BR /&gt;When it finishes clearing cache partition, restart your device using the option on the screen.&lt;BR /&gt;Nb: this won't delete any data on phone, but will solve many of the issues with an update.</description>
