      <description>1).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am using S 21 Ultra 5G. After updating&amp;nbsp; Android&amp;nbsp; 12, I am unable to download and install apps from play store&amp;nbsp; as well as from galaxy store. Error comes as : "Can't install"&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I contacted&amp;nbsp;Samsung support as well as Samsung service center. They are also not able to resolve the concern. They said that Android&amp;nbsp;12 is not available with them.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2).&amp;nbsp;Also when I create any video or Reel and share it through&amp;nbsp;what's app to someone, audio doesn't&amp;nbsp;play&amp;nbsp;at reciever&amp;nbsp;end but&amp;nbsp;as soon as I save the same video in 4K and share again, audio gets played.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Above problems&amp;nbsp;I am facing after Android&amp;nbsp;12 update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Pls resolve asap.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>here is the fix : alert read full steps.&lt;BR /&gt;1.open settings app and clear the cache and data of playstore.&lt;BR /&gt;2. disabled playstore.&lt;BR /&gt;3. restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;4. open settings&amp;gt;apps&amp;gt; search for playstore and enable it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;issue will be fixed. if you got solution tap on 3 dots and accept as a solution. enjoy !</description>
