I think the comfort eye turns off automatically when using the camera, since its an obvious thing to do. Not sure about gallery

No, we have to make a routine to automate ECS. I don't know why the same routine doesn't work on photo editor since the app is still gallery. Or the photo editor should be there as an app while making a routine.
