Well yes, Samsung in-built call recording doesn't work on Wi-Fi calling however everyone uses Truecaller and you can activate the floating button while calling which gives to record calls while on Wi-Fi calls. I personally use it. If you like the solution then please click on the 3 dots of the post and accept solution.

Well I don't use true caller. It's a big no no fir privacy.
