The Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 should also get the Android Q update as these devices are similar to the galaxy s9, s9+ etc.Samsung devices should atleast get three android updates to make it a much better product in the market.

according to their stupid Policy,,,, they provide only 2 major updates, which S8 and S8+ have already received. but other brands such as OnePlus and Apple provide long term updates even to their old smartphones. SAMSUNG doesn't even care about old customers. they simply provide security updates

I feel the same way, we paid good money for these devices, as much as one would pay for an iPhone and they receive updates 5+ generations down the line, why can't we?

Galaxy S series are the flagship device's of Samsung.They should atleast give 3 software updates.S series phone's are good but it becomes old within a year if it doesn't get software update which is a negative point of Samsung device's.

we have to stop buying Samsung phone then after they will understand what Indian market is...

it's almost month end bt S8 S8+ didn't get October security patch where as all phone get like S10 S9 note 10 note 9 note 8 even **bleep** A series and J series and M series what the hell with Indian S8.. other than India almost every country get this update in S8 and S8+
