You are not providing Android 12 update for my model M30S. Why do you do that. Apple releases updates for it's models which are even release in 2014. But you are releasing huge types of models and not providing updates for all of them. You can release limited types of models in best way and provide best services to it. And please release Android 12 to my model. This will make me very happy. #releaseupdateforM30S

That's because you have already got 2 major Android updates as promised by Samsung.
Talking about Apple. They launch ONLY flagships costing atleast 4 times the price of your device and hence they provide updates for 4 years or more.
Similarly Samsung also provides 4 years of updates for its flagships now. Want similar experience as Apple? Either buy one or buy a Samsung flagship.
It's not fair to expect flagship update experience at 20k.

They could've kept the cost of it as 100k.
It's all about service they provide.

It's not in any android phones policy to provide regular software updates. Only flagship and upper mid range phones receive updates.
Samsung one of the 1st android OEMs to provide 4+ years update since s20 launched.

You can expect samsung to give you a software update, but you are not entitled to it.

Samsung promised two major OS updates for M30s. The other devices were of flagship series that's why they are getting. So M30s won't get Android 12.
