You can check eligible devices for Upgrade of UI 4 with Android 12...

Steps:

Open Samsung member app.

Click on bell icon ( upper right corner )

Then click on Notice.

Then message appears
One UI 4 upgrade with Android 12.

Click on it and you will get the list of eligible devices.

Yeah it's there but exactly when ...it's scheduled for devices for particular month not particular date...and do they provide update as scheduled?

Yes.....if your device is in list then you will get the update within the given month....Samsung did not give the update date because there may be a delay of a few days in rolling out the update to every user, so Samsung has given only a month ( you will definitely get your update on given month ).
