[Feature Request] Custom Screen Real Estate

I personally like a cleaner display rather than slightly more screen real estate
- without any punch hole

- with non-over-rounded corners

We could do this by 'wm overscan'. But, that feature no longer works in Android 11+.

So, I would like to have a feature to shift the top portion of the screen down (and shift the bottom portion of the screen up for symmetric display) like shown in this image

The first downside which comes in mind is that losing some portion of the display. But, people like me really don't care about that smaller portion and would rather prefer a cleaner display.

Options I would like to have in such feature:

1. Shift down the top portion by user set value

2. Shift up the bottom portion by user set value

3. Rounded corner radius according to the user set value

Please implement if possible.
