It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case the issue still occurs.       <title>Dual Whatsapp issue</title>

      <description>I m facing issue in Dual Whatsapp on Samsung ON8 device.&lt;DIV&gt;I m unable to view Dual Whatsapp folder that contains images, videos, documents &amp;amp; backup.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Also, unable to open documents in dual Whatsapp app, it gets closed automatically.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Its also not allowing to edit image before sending it to anybody.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I tried with reinstall Whatsapp, but no luck, i lost my all chats &amp;amp; Whatsapp media, as dual Whatsapp folder is unavailable.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I checked the issue with my other friends having Samsung mobile, they too facing same issue irrespective of Samsung model.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Your suggestion will be appreciable &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks in advance &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
