USB file transfer

I am using s21 plus. After updating to android 12. I can't transfer file from pc to phone through USB cable. Any solution???

I guess you're on a beta update for Android 12 and hence this maybe one of the bug, this problem should get resolved in the next beta update.

No I have stable update. And also I have updated phone 2 days ago

Please check your default USB configuration and enable transferring files. Default USB configuration will come under developer options in settings

Already did that before this post. Default setting is file transfer. But not working

Hi, can your computer recognize your s21 plus via USB cable? If not, please change another USB cable and try it again. Or you can also try WiFi transfer by using a third-party program like Coolmuster Android Backup Manager. It can help you transfer files from your s21 plus to the computer via WiFi connecting. And it's free to do that. Hope you will like it.
