Found this update running in background play store even internet is connected is bug or sign of hacked account????

One Risky application many time found

It's not hacked 😂. By default, the app updates download only when connected to wifi and not on mobile network(4g). You can change it in the settings

Go to the play store then click your >account icon
then click >setting
Then >network preferences
Click >Auto-update apps

.Then select your choice.

1. over any network
2. over wifi only
3. Don't auto-update apps

Two reasons for this: first you have set auto update only on Wi-Fi so as you can read it is waiting for Wi-Fi.
Secondly Facebook has inbuilt update Manager which you have to disable it inside the media settings, if you don't like Facebook to auto update itself.
