      <title>A22 5G Dual SIM</title>

      <description>Post the recent software update, my 2nd SIM slot is not working. I have swapped the SIM cards between the two slots and the 2nd slot is not working. Is it the problem that all the users of A22 5G are facing</description>

      <description>Actually I visited the service center and they told me that there is a problem on the dual port. So, they will be replacing it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since I forgot to take the backup of my phone, I asked them to return it to me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I took the backup and I did a factory reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restored my data back and put the two SIMS on the slots, now it is working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After factory reset, I didn't run the software update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, I am not sure what was the problem the technician at DRB Enterprises, Chrompet has identified to replace the part under warranty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are they technically sound?</description>
