We understand your concern and rest be assured that the following steps will help to resolve the hanging issue:-&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;Note:- If the issue is not resolved by method one then perform next method.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;1. Check space availability:- Settings &amp;gt; Device Care &amp;gt; Storage&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;Check RAM in your device:- Settings &amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt; Memory&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space and keep at least minimum 20% internal memory free.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;2. Clear app cache through Device care:- Settings &amp;gt; Device care &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clean now.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;Clear cache memory of a particular application:- Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory For eg:- 'Samsung Notes' &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;3. Close Background Applications by tapping on recent key.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;4. Remove third party application:- Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Select the third-party application from Apps Eg. DU Recorder &amp;gt; Uninstall.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;5. Remove memory card:- Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot &amp;gt; Remove the memory card &amp;gt; Insert the tray back into the tray slot.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;6. Disconnect third party accessories like:- Charger, USB Cable, etc.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;7. Disable power saving mode (If available in the device).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;8. Check device in safe mode:- Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;To enter in safe mode:- Power off the device &amp;gt; Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device &amp;gt; When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;To exit safe mode: Restart your device.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;9. Software Update (if available):- Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now &amp;gt; Phone will restart after update.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;10. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer" style=" color: #4285f4;"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;pc suite.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video or Screen-shots. Dial *#9900# -&amp;gt; Run dump state/logcat/modem log --&amp;gt;Copy to sd card.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-size: 12.8px; color: #000000;"&gt;5.
