In M31 model we don't get Knox security, so it would be better for users if Samsung provide this feature to the M31 users and I should say in every Samsung galaxy gadget Knox security should be available!

for knox security there is a chip installed in phone 📱 and most M series don't have knox security

It is hardware based feature. How can they provide it in a device without required hardware through software update?? If you want to use knox, then go with a device having knox security.

🤣 🤣 😆 by software if Samsung can give knox security then sun will rise from south... m31s have knox so they got secure folder via software update.. m31 don't have knox so forget secure folder

Knox depends on both hardware and software. It needs Knox chip and TIMA fuse to work. Cannot be provided with software updates. Knox provides a hardware level encryption, which needs proper hardware.

It is a hardware plus software arrangement. Like Google uses its Titan chip.

It was earlier provided only for Galaxy S series and Z series. Now they have started providing it to many A series and probably few M series phones. However, please note that the Knox security Samsung mentioned in many Mid range devices are not actually full hardware arrangements like they do in S series phone. Please read the product manual carefully 🙏 for details.

Not true, I don't know what you mean bu not actually full hardware arrangements, but midrage devices literally have the same Knox as in flagships, other than dualdar and some other software encryptions, that's it. The hardware is the same.

Its high time that people stop trusting these videos (atleast on these topics) and start researching on what something actually is. There is no way that Knox works without a dedicated chip. There is nothing called software-only security when it comes to Samsung Knox or Google Titan or even Apple T series for that matter.

Boss, I know what I mentioned. The Knox hardware chio is only in few devices, many mid rangers are mentioned to have it but that is just a software gimmick. I use atleast 10 11 mobile phones a year and sharing info based on my own experience. That is why I asked to go through product mannual thoroughly. It has much more info than one can imagine. Its okay if you believe or not. I am not going to reply further on this. Plz go through product specifications and you wl understand what I am saying.

It is literally never written in the specifications about whether a device has hardware level or software level security. Using 10 to 11 phones a year doesn't make you an expert in the field. You need to have deeper knowledge, which comes from having an open mind, not a closed one.
