But i searched on google about list but there was only view m series phones mentioned and cannot find m31 in eligible list so i am confused

There's no official list released by Samsung for One Ui 4.0 android 12

But as Samsung provides 2 major OS updates to their midrange devices according to their update policy we can say that M31 will get android 12 as it was launched with Android 10
