Strongly saying the #edge feature is very helpful. But clicking on the #contact open options to text or call and it becomes less #handy while riding or driving or doing any other task.

There must be an option to set default to call and #3d touch feature to send message of any other task.

Guess ur adding People edge. Try Task edge where u can add direct options for call and message to any individual.
