Battery help

So my battery with full charge will last only 17hrs 30mins what can i do to stop the degrading or to increase its life? My model is a31 i had it for a year now.

[ENABLE THIS OPTION]

FOLLOW THIS ALL
YOUR BATTERY WILL GIVE LAST LONG
BACKUP
DEFINITELY !

CHARGE DEVICE ONCE IN A DAY
15 Or 20% - 80%[MINIMUM]
NO MULTIPLE TIME CHARGING !

I know i can extend it by power saving but still is deteriorating

Keep in power saving mode when not doing too much of task....
Charging not recommended above 85%
Clean recent apps
Restart the phone twice a week
