Like gpay , Samsung keyboard , playstore ,my galaxy.

If those apps are not causing any issue..just clear cache/data or ignore

If am not wrong,you are talking about device care app issue section

Clear data & cache then
go to safe mode and also download galaxy app booster from 3rd party site like apkmirror and optimize ur apps

It's Samsung's own app but m51 doesn't support it officially so we have to depend on 3rd party sites
