Issues with Auto-rotate

I'm having problem which using the Auto-rotate function...when I want to use my galaxy m30s in landscape mode it stood at portrait & the moment I switch to portrait it changes to landscape...it keeps changing...i have to turn off the screen & what should I do in order to fix it???

I also experienced it in my A70.
Sorry for the inconvenience but its a software bug till i understood.

Please give Samsung team a error report on it via
Samsung members app > get help > report error
