Whatsapp Creating Problem in Samsung Mobiles

As you may know that samsung offers that u can use dual whatsapp. But as from almost 1 month Whatsapp Clone is creating a huge problem that I'm facing and hope all the members facing. All the media files of samsung dual whatsapp (Whatsapp Clone) missing. These files are not showing Neither in MyFiles nor Gallery app. We are unable to open PDF Files or any document that we may need and important for us. As An Awared Samsung Member/User, Im sharing this important news to all of u. Samsung plzzz solve this problem. I'm also a student and I need to open my old pdfs that is too important for me, but I couldn't open it or not able to send to any one. This is a huge problem

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOW THE SOLUTION/ANSWER PLZZ COMMENT AND LIKE THE POST.

AND ALSO TELL ME HOW MANY OF U ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS PROBLEM IN THE COMMENT SECTION, LIKE THE POST.

Yeah the issue is larger and its due to ws new policy with google

In Files you can search for whats app and you will find all your files there...

My 2nd whatsapp files are not stored in Gallery or file folder... please clear my problem
