Home screen recent apps.

I could not find the close all option sometimes. Why? It happens to show sometimes then again it doesn't show sometimes. I just noticed it.

What can I do?

In this screen shot there it is there.

I couldn't find the option here.

I'd you use goodlock task changer or home up ?
