Samsung is comparing their next generation chipset with apple's and Qualcomm's previous generation chipset. Exynos 2100 is comparable to A14 and SD888. They should compare Exynos 2200 with A15 and SD888+. That will be more practical.

This benchmark is a wild life benchmark mark test .and in this benchmark test samsung using a 2year old cortex arm a77cpu and they archive this type of benchmark .
think when they are using new arm cortex x2cpu
They easily beat a15 and 888+or pro

There is no issue to beat A15 or SD 888+. But as it's Samsung’s next gen chip so they should compare it with next gen chip of apple and Qualcomm. So that users can have that yeah it's much more efficient than current SD and bionic. But if they comparing it with old gen then people will think ah! That mean we should go for A15 or SD888+ as it beats sd888 and A14 but not the next gen.

888+ doesn't have any GPU improvements over 888, so its safe to say that 888+ is out of the league as of now. Speaking of A15, there is no news about how well the GPU on that will perform, so we have to see.
