Hi all, today I am facing a problem in my Samsung M31, that media of my second WhatsApp is not showing in gallery even I cannot find in my device also I am not able to send pictures using WhatsApp camera.

Can anyone help me out in this matter.

Try to find those photos in recent tab in gallery.

Today I re-install the second WhatsApp...and initially it works but unfortunately all the media (pics and videos) again disappear.
Even I can not send pics using second WhatsApp camera 😪😪

Take backup, Install Whatsapp business with the WhatsApp Dual Number and restore the Backup Data.
Later disable the Dual Whatsapp ! 🌟
