Many Samsung user's Doing photography with only their smartphones And capturing amazing clicks..... but very few of them get featured or honored by Samsung

What do you guys think Samsung should Make strong mobile photographers community?????

Many elements fall in line when selecting a pic for featuring
First of all comes the hardware or the camera high end smartphones have good command and offer camera like real life photography
The lower end phones with aperture or ois eis featureless function good but noise is pretty hard not to notice
