Samsung M31 Audio Problem

I just got my phone like 2 days ago. I havent faced any problems or anything (except this). So, if I'm on a call with someone or I'm using Zoom or Google Meet, all the audio coming from the phone sound terrible. like YouTube or Spotify sound really bad.

I have really good internet and I've tried this with and without headphones. Sometimes the call itself sounds bad and sometimes the call is fine.

PLEASE FIND A FIX.

yes the speaker is bad but that's not my biggest problem, the audio from the headphones and music sounds bad when I'm on a call, and if I'm not on a call it sounds perfect

do you think I have a defective piece? should I get an exchange? there aren't any problems besides the audio quality being very bad during calls

plz check it in safe mode. if issue continues its hardware problem. otherwise the issue of any apps installed. try that

okay I went into safe mode and the audio during calls issue fixed, so I went out of safe mode and right now the issue isn't there anymore..
if it comes back I'll write here again

does this mean some app is interfering?

I got an update yesterday for what I think was the android 10 mashup so I installed it
I didn't face the freezing thing problem

if it worked fine in the safe mode It means the issue is with one of the app you have installed
