On VI sim, no wifi calling option visible but it appears on inserting a Jio Sim. Any reason?

Yes, wifi calling is network based feature..right now jio and airtel are providing this feature..

Vi also providing it in few circles

Not all Samsung devices support vi wifi calling feature.
