Will every device running one ui 3.1 will receive one ui 3.5 ??

because the same happened with 2.1 and 2.5

No, not like that midrange devices which came with android 9 won't recieve android 12

I am not asking about android 12 , iam asking about one ui 3.5 which will be based on Android 11

Midrange devices that come with android 9 WILL NOT recieve One UI 3.5

My M11 was launched with Android 10 so wil it receive 3.5?
