see i also have the galxy A7 as far i know
WE CANNOT USE SD CARD ON IT
and BTWdid u recieve android 11 on it???

Well yes you cannot do it but there's an option in storage which should do the trick.

SD card installed, manual transfer of whatsapp from internal storage. Android 10.
