Yes it's possible, but only if the Samsung wants to.
I don't think they will, just to differentiate b/w A series and m,f series mobiles

May be but chances are less. though the SoC supports carrier aggregation in m51, same won't be unlocked by samsung as they've to pay royalty to SoC manufacturer ,in this case to Qualcomm, in order to enable certain features further samsung has limited that with their high mid range and flagship devices.
