As you regularly provide the software update, you may offer custome hardware of your user. So that they will never shift to any other brand. Like when you update a camera hardware, you may offer it for other compatable models with some exchage price. Similarly you may customize the processor, memory, battery, display, camera as per user's choice for a customized phone (like laptop) at reasonable price. The second idea is to improve the flexibility of OMLEd displace to make it unbreakable. You have already done this but not implemented in mobile. Another idea is to provide a noise cancelation feature in mobile speaker, or through normal earphone. It's easy to implement because you already getting the ambient noise data from the inbuilt microphone. You may modulate the speaker or earphone output accordingly. Provide the s-pen feature in all phone. Minimise the radiation as low as possible. Provide a thermometer to measure room temperature and body temperature.

1. Customizing the hardware in mobile phones is very hard to do since it may require some design overhaul. Even though it is implemented, I don't know how many would go for an old design with new hardware or a new design with new hardware.

2. Samsung did develop flexible amoled even with a thin glass layer on top. But, it is still a growing technology and yet to be perfected. Since they have already launched a fold line up, I doubt they will give this in other phones for now.

3. Even though the phone implements ANC using its internal mics, it will still be not as good as ANC done using mics on earbuds. Since, sound intensity varies differently at different location. Forget about ANC in mobile speaker.

4. S pen requires some extra space inside. It means less battery. Mid rangers run behind battery. Giving an spen means giving also a compatible highly responsive screen too which will increase the cost. It may becomes easily out of budget for many.

5. SAR value of 1.6W/kg is max allowed, I think. As long it is below it, don't worry. But yes lesser value is always desired.

6. This could be a great addition though. But how often would you use it, that's a question.
