Tried doing all

1. Removing apps which are hardly used.

2. Operating phone in safe mode.

3. Doing factory reset

But no solution the phone is still getting hot. Difficult to handle. Will get to customer service and have it changed is the only solution.

Or if Samsung can come with an update to resolve it.

it's the Exynos 990 problem, all s20 and s20 FE series are facing the problem

Your set's manufacturing date? May be there has been a problem with that batch. I am using a made in india, Jan'21 batch N20U, no heating even while initial setup.
