Caller ID not working properly.

Hi,

Samsung

This is Gavin. Using your Smartphone "GalaxyA50s" which come with One UI 3.1 (Android 11).

I know you have partnered with you Hiya to provide Caller ID. But when someone Calls me or I call some unknown Number not saved in Contact List / Phone Book, I don't see Caller Name.

Samsung why so???. What do I do now.

Please check with Hiya & try to fix Caller ID.

Because no one uses Hiya service in India. It only detects numbers of user using Samsung mobiles.
Better use True Caller.
