1 . Kindly check these physical condition of
your camera lens:
Broken camera lens.
Scratch on camera lens.
it affects the quality of the clicked
image. In this case please visit service
center for physical inspection.
2. Gently clean your camera lens with
microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe.
Note: Please check there is no laminated
or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3. Reset the camera settings:- Tap on
Camera ) Settings ) Reset settings ) Tap
on Reset.
4. Check device in safe mode:- Using Safe
Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to
force the device to run the essential
operating system, and disable most 3rd
party applications.

To enter in safe mode: Press and hold the
Power key, when Power off icon
appearpPress and hold the power off
icon.
To Exit safe mode: Restart the device.
5. Update software(if available):- Tap on
Settings ) Software update ) Checking for
software update ) Software update
available ) Download ) Downloading
updates ) Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the
update is installed.
After performing the troubleshooting steps
