Exynos Optimisation

Please Optimise Exynos 990. Im using S20FE.I couldn't do any multitasking. I need to close every apps forcefully. Even though its getting heated for a while... what I need to do now. Should I upgrade to s21 or wait until fix these things. If ppl suggest me to upgrade, then Samsung will offer me 60% of cost as buyback at least.

S21 has a completely different processor, so it has already been fixed, and I have never seen any other S20 FE user reporting such overheating.

So if only one person is reporting mean, isn't an issue..? I'm exhausted with 990. I'm ready to show any authorised dealers/Service centre. I need solution. not talks like ppl didn't see anywhere. Here I'm posting my problem with 990 or S20FE. I just need solution.

I am facing same.....it's become like furnace specially during multitasking and video calling. And it drain battery 🔋so fast as if some monster juicing in.

No, I never said that. Its surely an issue, but this much overheating is unusual. Better visit a service center for physical inspection of your device.

I didn't face any battery drain issues. its so fine. I'm facing overheating issues. as hell

They again and again flash software only saying we have updated your software. But problems appear persistently.

Sorry, they did not created any job sheet both the time, while they provided only a waiting token mentioning a token number. They insisted me to wait until software get updated. I think you are right, I had to insisted them to get that. Actually samsung smart Cafe person from where I purchased this S20 FE redirected me to visit service centre. They also told me that If it's your genuine problem then you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. But nothing helped.

OK bhai, Goto service center and get a jobsheet and ask them to mention the issues you are facing.

After getting your phone back check if your issues are fixed or not.

If not then drop a mail on these IDs explaining your whole issue with your jobsheet number, I hope they will get your issue resolved as soon as possible.

If you have option to upgrade you can do its better but I have seen issues of s21 ultra heating. Sorry you are facing such issues.
