Hi! I'm new to Samsung and I use galaxy note 10 lite. It's a wonderful device and the s pen experience is absolutely incredible. Im getting used to this device but for except one particular and important feature that acts slow almoast the time and is being an hindrance at most of the times rather being helpful, it's the fingerprint scanner. Even the face scan is a second slow than other devices I've used. This needs to be addressed Samsung. I love this phone but this issue definitely needs your attention. Please consider an update regarding that.

first send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
2nd thing register again but this time ,register same finger 2 times and then observe

Have you updated your device to one ui 3.0 because in my case, speed of fingerprint recognition has increased after the update.

I just updated an hour ago and I could actually see the fingerprint scan working a bit faster.. thanks a lot guys for all your suggestions

But still it will not work when you'll go outside, don't know what goes wrong when we move out in open

I moved from one plus to Samsung and tbh the fingerprint scanner seems dead slow to me but there's nothing I can do now
