&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting &amp;gt;Apps &amp;gt;Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' &amp;gt;Storage &amp;gt;Clear Cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;*&amp;nbsp; Reset app preferences.&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen &amp;gt; Reset App Preferences.&lt;/P&gt;
