I really don't know what batch n for what.. today is first time I am writing after customer care wanting me to visit Service Centre which I avoid for 2 reasons. Covid fear at 75 yrs age and bad experiences with service centre's of samsung in my area

In this community app home page help button at the bottom press it then you have option error report then proceed. see screen shot
