RCS (chat feature)

Anyone got RCS feature activated in Samsung Messaging app?

I got it for a few days and suddenly it vanished again..

I'm able to use it through Google Messages app now but not through Samsung Messaging like earlier I used to.

My carrier is Airtel - Delhi and phone is Note 9 if that helps..

Can't be a case as my 2nd device is a htc U11 and I'm able to use RCS on it with Airtel itself.

I would have agreed if I wasn't able to use RCS since beginning but with Airtel itself I was able to use it till Oct 2020 on same Samsung phone. It vanished in Nov starting.

Yeah, and their customer service just don't know what the hell RCS is...

I have A51 with Airtel and today after One UI 3.0 update, Samsung Messages is showing availability for RCS but yet no Universal Profile.
