Am using buds pro from 2 weeks what i observed is below.

1) Low voice, high noise delivering to listener while on in call.

2) While on driving without helmet delivering too much high noice to listener while on call.

3) Recieving outer noice and delivering that noice to listener while on call.

4) Coming to music bass is little low without activating bass boost option.

5) Ear shape and ear tip shape is little bit pressing ear skin.

6) my thoght is active noice cancellation option enable and disable turn on turn off option would be best.

7) Auto detect voice is make u irritate while you listening most favorite song if you humming its slow down your favorite song.

😎 Using auto voice detection, while on call software consider your voice and at the same time delivering outer noice to listener.

I hope all these are solve as in patches and software updations.

you have defective buds plz replace them or contact with service center
